Hello friends,
It has been an exciting spring so far, times of change, rebirth, and moving forward, Finishing old projects, starting new ones… I just finished recording Arne Oldberg’s solo works for piano and am preparing the release of The 7 Deadly Pleasures cast album this June, as well as Premiering new songs and solo works for piano this season.
Here are my concerts for this month:
THURSDAY, APRIL 6 7:30 pm and SUNDAY, APRIL 9 4:00 pm
I will be accompanying this wonderful ensemble in a Faure composition. The program includes new choral works, and I will be performing my original Nocturne “Remembrance”, commissioned by Susan McGarry.

I will be premiering an original new Nocturne and “Nocturno de la Ventana”, composed by CMC faculty member Chus Alonso for my “New Nocturnes” recording.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26 8:00 PM “12 PIANOS” FILM PREMIERE at THE CASTRO THEATRE!!!
FINALLY! The amazing film by Dean Mermell featuring Mauro Ffortissimo and the many pianists who made this incredible movement into a film.. not to be missed.
I recorded tracks for this film, have a few appearances (one with dolphins, another with whales!!) and was Music Consultant! It is a remarkable film, and it was an honor to be a part of it!
